Surgical Care
We’re here to protect every dog's zest for life with our expert surgical procedures at Udaant Foundation
Udaant is dedicated to providing life-saving surgeries for stray and abandoned dogs. These animals are often left to suffer in silence. With compassion and expertise, we perform vital procedures such as organ removal, amputation, fracture care, plaster application, IV treatments, jaw restructuring, and treatment for communicable diseases.
Spaying and neutering are essential services we offer. Unaltered animals often exhibit more behavior and temperament problems than those that have been spayed or neutered. Spayed and neutered dogs live longer, healthier lives, and spaying female dogs eliminates the risk of uterine or ovarian cancer while greatly reducing the incidence of breast cancer. We believe in giving every dog a chance at a healthier, happier life.
Many wellness care centers fall tragically short in their ability to provide the necessary facilities and proper treatment these dogs desperately need. Our Animal Welfare Association’s Integrated Patient Departments (IPDs) and Outpatient Departments (OPDs) offer comprehensive care that transforms suffering into healing. Our advanced surgical procedures rid pain from cancers, tumors and severe injuries, giving dogs a second chance at life. We see the joy in their eyes and the wag in their tails when they realize they are no longer in pain. We believe that every dog deserves a chance to live a life free from suffering, and we are here to make that happen.
It breaks our hearts to see how dogs with communicable diseases are often left to die. No one wants to take them in, and as a result, most of these stray and abandoned dogs succumb to their illnesses due to negligence. These loyal, loving creatures are cast aside because they are seen as a burden. Our mission is to change this narrative. We provide the necessary treatments to give these dogs a fighting chance.
Your donations are the lifeblood of our efforts. Without your support, Udaant cannot continue to provide these life-saving surgeries and treatments. We as a society need to understand the importance of sympathy and support for animals with communicable diseases. Your contributions help us build a world where every dog, regardless of their condition, receives the care and love they deserve. Donations matter because they enable us to keep our doors open and our services available. Together, we can create a community that values and protects its most vulnerable members. Let's make a difference, one dog at a time.
